“I used Natural Environments to install a French Drain from my property edge to alley to divert runoff from raingutter downspout. This job was required by my HOA. Mr. Zander showed up on time, assessed the job, and gave timely estimate. The cost was reasonable and even lower than other estimate. He kept me updated on when he would start the job and completed the job in a timely manner. I also like that he lives and knows our area. He is very knowledgeable and has alot of experience in landscaping.”

“We recently worked with Ron Zander and Dallas Drainage Solutions on a project at our home to deal with erosion at a retaining wall and poor drainage on our property. Ron and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Ron was very prompt and professional when he came to our home to provide his assessment and plan of what needed to be done. His work team led by Gerardo arrived on time to our home and were very professional and courteous. Ron remained available to us by telephone and email during the project to answer questions and reassure me that my yard would be put back together just as it was when it started. There were some adjustments that were made during the project but we were kept well informed. It was a bit nerve wracking to see trenches dug from the front to the back of our home but Gerardo and Ron continued to tell me I would be very satisfied when they were done. The team worked from 8 AM to 4 PM for 4 days and as promised it looked great when they were done. Ron was very professional and brought his years of experience to our project. We would recommend him to family and friends. We anticipate we will be contacting him next year to provide a Master Plan for a landscape project on our property. “After knowing Ron’s work, I referred him to a friend in mid-1980, where he designed and installed her front yard. To this day it is beautiful! In 2018 we bought an old home with poor drainage. Looking on-line for a drain specialist, I stumbled onto the familiar name “Natural Environments”. Ron came out the next day and immediately visualized the solutions to our water entering the garage and the carriage house. He is familiar and confident of the boundaries of operating within city code. He is passionate about educating what to do and not do when solving problems with pooling water and drainage. “The work from the start with Ron was fair, honest, and as quick as could be expected. He promptly came out and we discussed several (at least 5) different ways to solve my drainage issue.The work was estimated well and the time to complete was on the spot. The only issue was getting the project started, but this was back in October (ish) when there was a TON of rain causing delays for him (and other vendors I was using). He was thorough in providing updates as to when it could be worked, and after it started, it took maybe 3 days with a few guys on site. They were clean, quick, and I’m very happy with the results.”

“Natural Environments is currently working on some home improvement projects around our home. We were experiencing some major drainage issues around our house. Water was ponding around our structure and inside our garage. It cause all sorts of problems. After vetting possible companies to work with, and getting quotes, Natural Environments was superior across the board. Best price. Best vision.The solution for our drainage issue was to upgrade from 4-inch gutters to 6-inch gutters with screens. Then, they ran all of the downspouts underground and away from the house. They installed a grated drain across the front of the garage and ran it underground, as well. We just had major rains in Dallas this past weekend. No more ponding. The garage is dry. We are partnering with the company now to transform our backyard living space. We have all of the confidence in the world in this terrific company! Update February 22, 2018: We reached out to Ron again for a repair that was needed for damage to a downspout on our house. He answered quickly. The repair was made within a few days. No fuss. His solution was not the cheapest but I highly recommend the quality of the design he outlined and the way the work was done. “I highly recommend Natural Environments! The first time I called them, it was for tree trimming. I have several large, mature trees, including a 75 year old pecan in back. I was worried about the pecan and that they might take too much off, but I left it to the professionals and they did a great job. The second time I called them it was for sprinkler work. They quickly repaired and replaced the damaged heads, found that ants had destroyed my controller and replaced it. I couldn’t be happier with their work. Joe, the foreman, was very nice and helpful.
